At BPS we are a full-service property maintenance & management company located in Sidney, Maine. We serve Central & Northern Maine covering the Belgrade Lakes Region, Sidney, Oakland, Waterville, Winslow, and even the Moosehead Lake Region.
We are proud to be a self-motivated family-owned and operated company, and we treat each project like it was our own property. With quality being our utmost concern, the drive for excellence, and the belief that there is no substitute for quality; whether you need help designing, building, or maintaining your landscape, we are here for your every need! Although our specialty is landscaping, we want to manage your entire property for you, whether it is residential or commercial. If we don’t do it, it’s simple: We will find someone who will and make sure it is done correctly!

Although we specialize with our in-house services being landscape-oriented and taking care of your yearly maintenance services from start to finish we do offer other services! With a background in Construction Management and working a Project Management career Nick (the owner) has taken on the responsibility of pulling together a group of tight-knit subcontractors that he works together with regularly. Whether it be as simple as you want a pergola built over your new patio that we are installing or as elaborate as an interior remodel to help accommodate your new outdoor living space, we can handle it all from start to finish!
